Pat Rhodes has lived in Southern California all of her life and is native born. She lived many years in the Los Angeles and South Bay areas where she was a Realtor in the 70s and 80s.

She now resides with her poodle "Chanel" in the Lake Arrowhead area where she spent a lot of time when she was growing up. She loves the peacefulness of the mountain and gets great pleasure in sharing our beautiful area with prospective buyers that come to visit and get excited about owning property in paradise!

Pat represents the mid to high end price range and has some outstanding homes for sale. She has represented Buyers in all price ranges and has a real knack connecting the right dream home to the right Buyer!

Pat is very active in the community. She is a volunteer at the Lake Arrowhead Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of several prestigious organizations.
